We are a friendly, community-spirited space that offers approachable and accessible yoga and movement classes in the village of Bourn, outside Cambridge.

Set in the charming Malthouse on Manor Farm, the Barn is more than a place to come and move. It’s a space to gather and to connect – with ourselves and with each other.

Whether you’re new to the mat, you’re a new parent, or you just want to take some well-deserved time to reconnect with yourself… there’s a place for you at the Barn. Our community makes us who we are.

In-Studio YATB Classes are Back!
In line with guidance, YATB will be returning to the studio with small in-person classes in September. Though these classes will look slightly different to what we're used to - with limited numbers and booking only up to 4 weeks in advance - we can't wait to welcome you all back in an accessible and safe way!

Live Online Classes
Though in-studio classes are returning to YATB, we will still be offering live online classes for those who would prefer it (at a discounted price)! So there are plenty of ways to join us, whether you attend in-person, join us live online, or practice whenever suits you best with a recording of the live class.

Beginner’s One

A 6 week course for anyone new to the yoga mat. You’ll be introduced to basic yoga postures and breathing techniques in a gentle and accessible way.

A 6 week course that builds on the foundations of Beginner’s One. Great for anyone looking to revisit, reconnect or refresh their practice.
