YATB Classes

No matter which style you choose, we’ll help you create a space to connect with yourself, to find greater awareness and ease, and to support yourself as you move on the mat and beyond through life. If there’s a class you’d love to join that we don’t offer, let us know.

Our classes are:

  • Open to all (the only requirement is that you have a body!)

  • Inspired by the Hatha style of yoga – a breath-based, moderate practice that encourages us to connect inwards.

  • Fully-accessible with modifications offered so you can adjust the practice to suit you.

  • Based on invitational cues – you’re encouraged to honour your own needs and go at your own pace.

Not sure which class would suit you best? We’re here to talk through the options and help you find something suitable. Get in touch!
