Beginner's One Yoga Course

Tuesdays,19:30 | 75 Minutes | 6 classes | In-person £50 |  Online £45  *New course Begins January 30th, 2024

If you’re new to the mat, start here! This 6 week course is a wonderful way to begin your yoga journey, and is designed for those that are brand new to yoga or even those that are looking to deepen the foundations of their practice. This course will run on Jan: 30th, Feb: 6th, 13th, 27th and March 5th

Restore by Candlelight Sessions

Fridays MONTHLY, times vary | 90 Minutes | In-person £12 | Live Online £10 | 

A deeply relaxing evening class designed to soothe stress and nurture the nervous system through supported restorative practices that promote rest and relaxation. Classes will either be Restorative Yoga or the meditation practice of Yoga Nidra, within a candlelit studio. Join us monthly in-person or live online.

Reset Yoga for the Winter Solstice with Sound Bath

Thursday December 21st| 120 Minutes | In-person £15 |  

Join Emma and Adele to celebrate the turning of the year and returning of the light. A practice of movement, yoga nidra and gong bath. A chance to reset for the coming months or a ‘me’ break before the festivities begin.

Move towards a sense of calm and connection in a safe practice that will help you find space in both body and mind through your pregnancy. Build strength, connection and calm, and use breath work to prepare for labour. And connect with other parents-to-be. Join us from week 12 of your pregnancy.

Hypnobirthing/Antenatal Courses

This full day interactive course is run by the brilliant Tacita from MamasTLC.  The course will give you all the antenatal education and hypnobirthing tools you need for a confident and calm birth.

It’s perfect for anyone who hasn’t done hypnobirthing before and wants to make sure they are prepared, feel supported and excited for birth.

Alongside your birth partner get your birth preparation sorted. We’ll cover what’s going to happen, how you can influence your birth, the physical and mental preparation you can do now, your birth rights, making informed decisions under pressure AND what to do when baby arrives!

By the end of the day, your mindset will have shifted, you will feel prepared, calm, confident, in control – ready and excited to meet your baby.

Take the next steps in your practice. This 6 week course is designed for those that are new to yoga or those have some yoga experience but are looking to refine, revisit and reconnect with their practice. If you’ve already joined us for our Beginner’s One Course, this is the ideal follow-on. Advance booking is required as spaces fill up very quickly!
