Summer Series Course

I wanted to give this course to folks who are feeling DONE after the year we’ve had.  

This course is an opportunity to let your body remind you that there are SO many resources within you for finding, space, strength, ease, rest, boundaries . . . and that by simply turning your attention inwards you may find that the support you’ve been so desperately seeking externally is there within, ready and easy to access.

This course is designed for you to take as you like, when you like throughout the summer months.  Take your time and savour the practice and reflection pieces.  Come back to the practices you love – leave out the ones that don’t work for you (that’s part of listening to your body – and thus part of the process).  There is no right way in or through the course, your way is the right way.

Beginner's One Yoga Course

If you’re new to the mat, start here! This 6 week course is a wonderful way to begin your yoga journey, and is designed for those that are brand new to yoga or even those that are looking to deepen the foundations of their practice.

Beginner's Yoga class

Yoga Nourish - A Toolkit: Movement and Breath Practices for Modern Life

Saturday, 10.00am | 6 classes | In-Person £56 Live Online £48 | Starting 12.06.2021

Join Katherine for a series of 6 wonderfully crafted 75 minute yoga sessions.  

This course will weave together a combination of traditional Hatha Yoga techniques, with more contemporary movement practices, building upon breathing practices (pranayama), gentle mobilisation and release work with all important strengthening asana you will feel the solid ground beneath your feet.

You will come away refreshed and invigorated, with a sense of inward calm to take away for the weekend!

Pilates with Tara

Wednesdays, 9:30am | 6 classes | Live Online £48 | Coming in May

A Pilates class aimed at improving your everyday functional movement, posture, core and back strength, mobility and balance.  This is a relaxed and friendly class. A recording can be arranged.

Beginner's Two Yoga Course

Take the next steps in your practice. This 6 week course is designed for those that have some yoga experience but are looking to refine, revisit and reconnect with their practice. If you’ve already joined us for our Beginner’s One Course, this is the ideal follow-on. Advance booking is required as spaces fill up very quickly!
