Tuesdays for 4-weeks starting Nov 17th, 19:15 | 75 Minutes 

This four-week Live Online series (which can be taken as a full series or by dropping in) is a class for those new to yoga or those who are curious or looking to deepen their understanding about the foundations of postural yoga.

If you’re new to the mat, start here! This 6 week course is a wonderful way to begin your yoga journey, and is designed for those that are brand new to yoga or even those that are looking to deepen the foundations of their practice.

Restorative Yoga By Candlelight

Fridays, 19:30 | 90 Minutes | £12 (x4 Drop-in Classes)

A deeply relaxing monthly evening class designed to soothe stress and nurture the nervous system through supported
restorative postures that promote rest and relaxation. Classes often include the meditation practice of Yoga Nidra, and are
performed by candlelight in the studio.

Take the next steps in your practice. This 6 week course is designed for those that have some yoga experience but are looking to refine, revisit and reconnect with their practice. If you’ve already joined us for our Foundations Yoga Course, this is the ideal follow-on. Advance booking is required as spaces fill up quickly!
