Free Live Online Yoga Gently

This Yoga Gently Class series has been created in collaboration with Mind Cambridgeshire, Peterbourgh and South Lincolnshire. The series will begin on Mind’s Mindful Monday, a full day of mindful events to support finding ways of creating relaxation, checking in with how you’re feeling and just taking a moment out of your day for you. Yoga Gently is an accessible class, welcoming for all people whether you’ve done yoga & movement in the past or have never stepped foot on a mat. Expect some gentle movements (which are all adaptable – for example can be done from a chair), breath awareness and relaxation.
