Live Online Back to Basics

This four-week Live Online series (which can be taken as a full series or by dropping in) is a class for those new to yoga or those who are curious about the foundations of postural yoga. Throughout these four weeks we will explore the basics of a yoga practice, simple movements and shapes that can support us in feeling better physically and mentally. Ashley will invite you to notice your body as it moves and creates forms, to find ways of easily settling with support, strength and relaxation. A perfect lockdown practice!
This class is suitable for all. If you are working with injury or illness it is always advised that you seek the approval of a GP before beginning.
