Awareness, Mobilisation techniques, Staged (for all abilities) posture work (Asana) to
cultivate greater strength & flexibility, proprioceptive & interoceptive abilities, along with energising & balancing breathing practices (Pranayama) and all important relaxation.
Cultivating an atmosphere of safety & connection, Yoga Nourish is a class that weaves
together yoga practices that help to ground and connect; body to breath, breath to
body. Katherine explains; ‘Babies are natural yogi’s, discovering and experiencing by
means completely untampered by mind-stuff (citta vritti)’. It is only later in life that
we create perhaps unhelpful patterns of breathing and holding ourselves. Being bound
