Join Katherine for a series of 6 wonderfully crafted 75 minute yoga sessions

Weaving together a combination of Traditional Hatha Yoga techniques, with more contemporary movement practices, building upon breathing practices (pranayama), gentle mobilisation and release work with all important strengthening asana you will feel the solid ground beneath your feet.

You will come away refreshed and invigorated, with a sense of inward calm to take away for the weekend!

There will be only 5 in-person spaces available

Suggested Equipment:

  • Yoga Mat
  • 2x blankets (can use large towels), a strap (can use dressing gown cord or stretchy belt)
  • Might like to use as additional – block/meditation cushion (can also use a folded blanket/large towel)
  • All the equipment can be replaced with use of items lying around the house so no need to buy anything specific.
