Join Katherine for a series of 6 wonderfully crafted 75 minute yoga sessions
Weaving together a combination of Traditional Hatha Yoga techniques, with more contemporary movement practices, building upon breathing practices (pranayama), gentle mobilisation and release work with all important strengthening asana you will feel the solid ground beneath your feet.
You will come away refreshed and invigorated, with a sense of inward calm to take away for the weekend!
