Be Kind Unwind (A)


A yoga and movement class to practice before bed.

A class to create space for a restful evening/night.  Expect a little gentle/grounded movement and some restorative postures to ease you into a restful place, preparing for sleep.  This practice is accessible with modifications on offer so ANYONE can join in.

Possible props needed (but if you do not have them, do not worry, you can still practice):

  • Yoga mat
  • Several blankets
  • Yoga Bricks
  • Yoga Bolster or firm cushion
  • Pillows/cushions
