In this class you will be invited to explore the effects of yield in our practise through rebound. The spring, the bounce, the uplift that comes when we have a clear connection to the ground beneath us and clear pathways of movement from the ground up. In this class, focus on what just arrives in your practice, with less effort. Really focus on that 20%, what comes after you do a little less, after you find the ground – what is there in return?
Possible props needed (but if you do not have them, do not worry, you can still practice):
- Yoga mat
- A blanket
- One yoga brick or book
