This is our fourth class in the Embodying Resilience series and we move now to the very centre of ourselves. When the world around us feels uncertain and chaotic, there are some places we can come to in the body that can act as an anchor, a place of strength and stability. In a way we are getting to the ‘core’ of things in this class.
In this class we will explore how to integrate our limbs to our centre – creating movements that expand from centre and gather towards centre. With an aim of feeling more connected, more integrated, more whole.
