Open Yoga 03.11.21 – Meeting our Whole Body; an all around practise


This practice is a chance to take a short tour of your body – toes, to fingers, to the top of your head – how is the ‘whole’ of you feeling today.  Moving with attention from the ground up, we’ll explore postures that allow us to greet a wide-range of joint movements, muscle stretches and strength.  This is a great ‘all arounder’ practice.

Suggested equipment:

  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga strap or resistance band (or a scarf)
  • Blanket
