In our fourth class in the rebuilding series we’ll be exploring balance. How can we seek out balance when things feel particular wobbly, how can we see the wobbles as clues and remain curious about how to better support them (rather than feel let down when we wobble). This practice allows the opportunity to find balance in many ways – not simply standing still on one leg.
What to expect: a Hatha-inspired yoga class with optional flowing sequences, mindful strength and somatic movement sequences. Plenty of variation on offer.
