Open Yoga: Annamaya kosha connecting to our muscle body


In this practice we will be exploring the anandamaya kosha through embodying our muscles.  Muscles can often be seen as the ‘doing’ aspect of moving – and they very much are.  But there are also many muscles which do not require us to ‘active’ them in order for them to support our movement.  We will use this exploration of the muscle body to draw us deeper into this layer of our ‘self.’
