An open class suitable for all ages and those who have had some prior yoga experience (though beginners are welcome to come and try). A blend of Hatha inspired yoga shapes, some flowing sequences, stretching, mindful strength, embodied anatomy and breath awareness. A great whole-body class.

The theme of this class is finding rebound. Leading on from last week’s class, we are exploring the effects of yield in our practise through rebound. The spring, the bounce, the uplift that comes when we have a clear connection to the ground beneath us and clear pathways of movement from the ground up. Last week I said consider doing only 80% and letting 20% just come. This week really focus on that 20%, what comes after you do a little less, after you find the ground – what is there in return?
