Strength (Series)


A series crafted to connect you to your strength.  These videos guide you in building awareness and connection to the strength you already have, and provide supportive ways to progressively develop strength.  Toss aside your traditional notions of strength – welcome the idea that you already possess strength and this is your chance to connect more deeply with it!

A class for connecting to and building your lower-body strength.  

Possible props needed (but if you do not have them, do not worry, you can still practice):

  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket

In this class you will begin with a gentle warm-up to get your lower body moving.  Then you will move on to more active movements standing.  Expect a little lunging, a little balancing and optional flowing sequences to get your lower body fired up.
