Yoga Gently: Annamaya kosha, connecting to our muscle body


In this class we explore our muscles – not simply as a place of action/doing and ‘strength’ but also as a connection to the places in our body where muscle asks nothing of us – that they do without us having to ‘activate’ anything consciously.  Being with muscle can about more than lifting heavy things or stretching.

  • chair (or edge of some sturdy furniture)
  • resistance band
