Yoga Gently: Pranamaya kosha practice, using breath to support movement


In this practice we will be using an awareness of breath to find more support for movement and postures. There is no right way to breath and we will not be ‘programming’ our breath in this class, but we will explore the ways the lungs and our breathing can support our movement. We will think of this layer of the kosha model not just as a place for exploring breath, but exploring our energy levels and how our practices can best support us when we might feel a bit drained or overwhelmed.
