Straight from the YATB studio, these 75 min sessions are from our week’s practice. Enjoy either a Postnatal Pilates session, Open Yoga session or a Yoga Gently session from the comfort of your own home, in your own time. These sessions are uploaded after the session went live (Monday for Postnatal Pilates, Wednesday for Open Yoga, Saturday for Yoga Gently) and are available for 5 or 6 days before they are replaced by the next week’s offering.
